These are the foods that help with brain health:

Nuts (especially walnuts) have healthy fats, helping the brain stay healthy.

Avoid processed foods as the body has to work extra to detox. The glymphatic system could use the energy used to detox from these foods to clear the body and brain from waste products created from other reactions in the body. The healthier we eat, the more efficiently the body can use its energy to maintain body functions, prioritizing them efficiently.
When possible, buy organic fruits, especially those consumed with the skin.
It helps to have, when possible, a 12-hour digestive break. A digestive break promotes longevity by providing the body with enough time to digest your latest meal and use the energy more efficiently after digestion to help detox your body during the night.
