I love summer. Did you know that many people living in America feel a bit of a “Fall blues” when Autumn approaches?

I’ll continue to exercise inside and outside during the transition from Summer to Autumn.

I’m looking forward to the hot beverages (preferably the herbal teas without sugar or sweetened with Stevia to save calories and reduce insulin and sugar spikes).

Enjoying the transition from one season to another and maintaining some good habits from summertime and warmer weather will aid you in staying healthy throughout the year.
