Observe These to Improve the World and Our Health
On February 6th, we observe giving a compliment day and sharing personal struggles under Time to Talk Day.
Many people struggle with mental health. The pandemic caused people to feel more isolated and exacerbated loneliness and depression in people who already struggled with mental health and many who didn’t.
Let’s put these two types of awareness together and seek help if we need it, try to help others when they need it, and compliment people, even if it’s a simple compliment. Remember this message frequently to encourage friendliness and cooperation when people try their best, although worldwide, 300 million people struggle with depression.
These two types of awareness in action will help our health and the health of others.
