Beta-carotene: it is a provitamin sharing the color of carrots and sweet potatoes. Beta-carotene is a provitamin that the body turns into vitamin A, which contributes to good vision.

Vitamin C - good to fight the flu and other viruses of the season.

Vitamins A and C are antioxidants; they help fight inflammation.
