About Salad Dressings

Yesterday we talked about the calories in dressings. One thing that is important is to look at the labels. Even low-fat salad dressing can have added sugars and other high-calorie ingredients.

Pay attention to the serving size as well. Most dressing serving sizes are only 2 tablespoons, so if you have 4 or 6 tablespoons of dressing on your salad, you are eating 2 or 3 times the calories listed.
