Establishing Simple Health Goals
Especially during this pandemic, it’s important to remind ourselves that having as a goal to do yearly health checkups is very important mainly because everyone's physical and mental health has been somewhat affected by the change in the dynamics of our day-by-day lives.
After making sure we do our yearly checkups or a necessary checkup if there are symptoms, we have to set the goal of taking care of our health in general. This goal could be to increase sleep time, drink at least 2 L of water per day, and/or exercise daily.
After these goals are set and met, you can set further health goals.
