Meditation Can Reduce Inflammation

The 5th benefit of meditation is the reduction of inflammation. This reduction of inflammation through meditation can be seen through blood work. Meditation can also reverse cellular aging or contribute to the longevity of our cells and vibrant health.

I checked studies that mentioned a regular meditation practice can help inflammatory bowel disease, inflammation caused by obesity and metabolic syndrome, fibromyalgia, arthritis, neuropathy.
