Meditation Lowers Blood Pressure

Meditation helps lower blood pressure. There are different kinds of meditation. We can say that Transcendental meditation is one type, and there are other meditations, many of them guided.

There are hundreds of studies showing that both types of meditations help people of different ages, including teenagers, to lower blood pressure.
