Stay In The Now, Work For Your Future
Nowadays, it is hard to stay patient in the era of information while working towards your objectives.
There’s too much information to distract us, to throw us off. We constantly need to be reminded of our objectives, what we need to do, etc
Besides the immense amount of information, the info doesn’t always match, as different people have different opinions on every subject.
How to stay focused:
1) Limit the amount of tv, radio, social media use, etc
2) Work on your own body, spirituality, mental health
3) Work on your objectives, on the improvements you want to achieve, activities you’d like to master
4) Pick only one channel to look for news or info on subjects you like
5) Make a list of tasks for each day, the times and location where you’ll perform them
6) The day prior, make a list (in your head or written down) and review the tasks for the next day
For example, if you want to go for a hike, ride a bike, read, garden, or learn to play an instrument, set them on your notes, schedule, and wake up ready to perform them.
You won’t notice, but every little thing you perform and take on is going towards your health – hopefully, as you choose the objectives, tasks, dreams that will give you peace of mind and fulfillment.
