Find sports and activities that you enjoy and vary among the activities.
You can join volleyball, ballroom dance, other dance classes at the gym. Walk, ride a bike, or go for a jog if your neighborhood is walkable.
If you enjoy home workouts, look for online videos with different types of exercises. You can practice yoga, kickboxing, martial arts, belly dance, or high-intensity exercises.
If you’re having fun, you’ll continue to exercise. Pick variety.
